Connecting
players to
soccer fields
futz is a dynamic new platform that makes it easy for players to find and rent synthetic soccer fields anywhere in Brazil. Morro Makers partnered with futz to bring the idea to life — creating a brand, a platform, and a scalable product vision that will soon expand into a social hub for the entire futsal community.
In Brazil, soccer isn’t just a sport — it’s a way of life. Yet finding and booking a good synthetic field was often a slow, frustrating experience, with little visibility or reliable information. futz set out to change that.
From the start, futz aimed to create a simple, mobile-first platform that would allow players to easily discover nearby fields, view key information, and ultimately book a game — all in just a few taps. But futz had an even bigger vision: building a community where players can connect, find teammates, and create new friendships.
To make this possible, futz needed a platform that could not only deliver a seamless field discovery experience but also scale into a larger ecosystem over time. Flexibility, speed, and a strong technical foundation were key priorities, ensuring the platform could grow alongside its user base and future feature set.
Morro Makers partnered closely with futz from the very first sketches. We developed a bold, urban-inspired brand identity, a clear and intuitive UX/UI, and a website designed to grow alongside the product’s ambitions. Built for scalability, the futz platform today integrates thousands of courts and lays the foundation for a future where futz becomes a true social network for Brazil’s soccer players.

Our Approach
How we solved the challenges.
Search-First UX
We placed intuitive search and location-based browsing at the very heart of the user experience. This ensures that players can quickly and easily discover nearby soccer fields, whether they’re looking for a quick pickup game or planning a larger event. The focus was on making it effortless to browse, select, and book, all from the convenience of a mobile device, making futz the go-to platform for players on the move.

Bold, Urban-Inspired
Branding
We crafted a visual identity that resonates with Brazil’s deep-rooted love for soccer while also appealing to a modern, urban audience. The design incorporates vibrant colors, playful typography, and street-culture influences, ensuring that the brand feels fun and accessible. Every visual element was carefully chosen to communicate the energy and excitement that soccer brings to players across Brazil, creating a brand that feels fresh and authentic.

Future-Proof
Architecture
While futz initially launched as a field discovery platform, we made sure the entire architecture was built with future expansion in mind. The platform’s infrastructure is flexible, enabling us to easily integrate future features like booking systems, payment processing, and even social networking elements. This ensures that futz can scale seamlessly as it continues to grow, offering more functionalities and providing an even better experience for soccer players and field owners alike.

Massive
Data Integration
We integrated detailed information on over 10,000 soccer fields across Brazil, offering players an unprecedented level of access to available courts. This comprehensive integration makes it easy to find the perfect field, complete with detailed specs, availability, and location data — all within a sleek and user-friendly map interface. As more fields are added, the platform will only become more powerful, enhancing the overall experience for users.
